The Theatres Trust unveils its specialist theatre buildings Reference Library

In 2011 the Association of British Theatre Technicians Technical Theatre Book Collection came over to the Trust and through the dedicated work of staff and volunteers the new catalogue integrates the two collections along with ongoing donations and acquisitions. The cataloguing work has been led by Kate Carmichael, Resources Officer at The Theatres Trust, Jane Thornton MBE, archivist for the Association of British Theatre Technicians and Assistant Librarian Maria Sestini.
The Theatres Trust's Reference Library will be of interest to researchers, students, academics, theatre practitioners, charities, commercial firms, the press/media, and those with a personal interest in theatre building history.
It is open 10.30am - 16.30 Monday to Friday. Researchers should call to discuss their needs with The Trust's Resources Officer and book a time to access the Library. The Reference Library is located within the Trust's Resource Centre at 22 Charing Cross Road, London, WC2H 0QL.
